“Los Angeles County Fire Museum News”:

During the filming of  Into the Unknown, the Paramedics’ Journey in The  Shop at the Museum, there was a car crash right outside the door.  Johnny Gage was dispatched to the scene to make sure all were safe. There were no injuries according to Paramedic Gage. He was released and went back to the filming in the Museum as Randolph Mantooth.
