INFORMATION FOR THE EVENT

As the 50th anniversary event draws near we need to bring everyone up to speed on the current COVID 19 requirements for indoor events within Los Angeles County as well as requirements in place at the venues we will be using. We want everyone to know beforehand so that everyone will be prepared for what is currently required here in Los Angeles County. Please understand that we must abide by Los Angeles County requirements and we must respect the Requirements in place at the venues. Please read the following from the Los Angeles County policy and thank you for your understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test Required

In compliance with the Los Angeles County Health Officer Order (Public Health)

  • Everyone attending performances must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 viral test result.
  • Attendees must also present a government-issued photo I.D.
  • Proof of vaccination can include your vaccination card or a photo of your vaccination card.
  • Attendees who are not fully vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to the performance.
  • The following are acceptable as proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test result:
    • printed document (from the test provider or laboratory)
    • an email or text message displayed on a phone from the test provider or laboratory.

These documents will be checked at the entrances to every performance.

Face Coverings Required

Everyone must wear a face covering when they are inside any of the event buildings and will be required to comply with any additional public health mandates at the time of the event. When attending an indoor event in close contact with people who may not be vaccinated, Public Health recommends wearing a higher level of protection, such as two masks or a respirator (KN95 or N95). Masks may be removed when eating or drinking at one of the refreshment areas. Children under the age of 2; people who cannot safely wear a mask, such as someone who is unable to remove a mask without help; and anyone instructed not to wear a mask by their medical provider are not required to wear a mask.
